SAP Support Consultant.

We are looking for the following SAP Support consultant for our renowned client in Indonesia. English and Bahasa Language skill is a must.

  • 5-10 years of support experience working in an SAP environment in respective skills (SAP ECC – SD, MM, LE, TMS, HR, MDM, EWM, FICO) and strong ITIL Knowledge.
  • Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Resolves issues of Medium/High complexity
  • Works closely with offshore client team as one team
  • Does deep analysis of issues report and captures findings
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
  • Good Bilingual skills (English & Bahasa)
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
