SAP Support Consultant.
We are looking for the following SAP Support consultant for our renowned client in Indonesia. English and Bahasa Language skill is a must.
- 5-10 years of support experience working in an SAP environment in respective skills (SAP ECC – SD, MM, LE, TMS, HR, MDM, EWM, FICO) and strong ITIL Knowledge.
- Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
- Resolves issues of Medium/High complexity
- Works closely with offshore client team as one team
- Does deep analysis of issues report and captures findings
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Good Bilingual skills (English & Bahasa)
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
- Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
